Rates & Seasons

Main Season (April 1 through October 31st): $200/night

Off-Season (November 1st through March 31st): $150/night

Pet Fee: $15/night

Amenities of the Boatman’s Cabin

The Boatman’s Cabin is a cozy, simple cabin with a private bathroom and basic kitchen facilities, as well as a small maritime history and boat building library. Other amenities include:

  • 2 double-sized beds

  • 1 single top bunk bed

  • Refrigerator, counter, sink, microwave

  • Attached bathroom with shower

  • Electric Heat

Please note: the Boatman’s Cabin, like other cabins at Cama Beach State Park, is not a full-service lodging venue and does not include many services that hotels or resorts may provide. Guests must bring their own pillows, bedding, towels, cookware, dishes, utensils, and other equipment needed for their stay.

Staying at Cama Beach State Park

Check-in for the Boatman’s Cabin begins at 3:00pm. Check-out is at 11:00am. Keys may be picked up at the Welcome Center on the way into the park.

Pets are allowed in the Boatman’s Cabin with a $15 (plus tax) pet fee per night. Smoking is not permitted.

Private vehicles are not allowed on the beachfront access road to the cabins. Shuttles from parking lots to the cabins run daily until 6:00pm. Parking in Cama Beach State Park requires a state Discover Pass, $10 per night or $30 per year. Extra vehicles will be charged a $10 fee. Discover Passes may be purchased at the Cama Beach State Park Welcome Center, or online here.

Guests staying in the Boatman’s Cabin must follow all Washington State Park Rules & Regulations, available for review here.

Reservation & Payment Policies

Reserving a cabin requires payment in full within two weeks of making the initial appointment. Payments may be made in person via cash, check, or credit card; by mail via check or credit card, or over the phone by credit card.

Reservations taken more than 30 days in advance must be for a minimum of two consecutive nights. Reservations made less than 30 days in advance may be for one night.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the reservation are eligible for a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance are eligible for a refund, less first night’s payment. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance are not eligible for any refund.

Membership Policy

Staying in the Boatman’s Cabin is an exclusive benefit of being a CWB member. People wishing to reserve the Boatman’s Cabin must be current CWB members at the time of placing the reservation, and at the time of the rental.
